lovely place near to beach

Location and size is wonderful. Very clean. And well thought out.

One bedroom smelt like damp, tv had screen issues. Upstairs sounded like they were having parties and running across the floor which was very loud. Not ideal with a little child as could not settle due.

The property is large and spacious. The location of the property was very good. It was close to the beach and local amenities. The decorations were nice. It was clean, tidy, we had clean towels and tea and coffee. The host was very attentive over messages and seemed really nice.

It was very tired. Loads of scuffs on the walls. Lots of unfinished work. The bathroom light was hanging off the ceiling. The windows didn’t all lock properly and needed fixing. Desperately needs a fresh lick of paint and finial finishes doing on lots of things. Majorly over priced for what we paid for 1 night!

We didnt have any hot water - there were 5 of us and we had to have a cold shower in the morning!

The apartment was not clean. The pillows didn’t have pillow covers and were dirty. Despite of that, the apartment is okay, just needs a clean before people come and it would be a nice place.

very dirty radiator in one bedroom not working water leak from roof to access bedroom- had to collect water in sauce pan to avoid slippage and mess very dusty no kitchen utensils although kitchen not clean

Brilliant properly and location and has everything that you needed and just right for our get away and not far from anything in Brighton and the lanes!Very spacious and comfy would definitely go back

The noise from upstairs as you can hear which I know couldn’t be helped due to the property
