Nice Hospitality and Good Service Rooms are very neat and clean maintenance in 5star category. In Roof Top good gym, swimming pool and pub. Breakfast is good but bit improvement must need in food menu. Quick billing process in reception. Really awesome and good experience.

I liked nothing. Everything was awful.

Terrible experience and terrible staff. I had to change my room once AT LATE NIGHT due to check-in error on their end and once more for plumbing issues on the whole floor. Breakfast was awful. They did not even have orange juice. They also invoiced wrongly and refused to put a remedy to it. Management also did not care about poor job of their staff. The staff clearly did not care about working for what they are supposedly paid for: even simple requests were forgotten or ignored. They also forgot to send the invoice by email even after I reminded them three times. Last but not least, the swimming pool was always dirty: it was so disgusting that we did not dare soaking into it, even if this was supposed to be a service included in the price. We should have spent our money somewhere better than here. I will never go again.

Leroy Grand Hotel, Yeshwanthpur is a new property. Clean spacious room. Nice breakfast spread. Large lovely lobby. Courteous staff. Near Yeshwanthpur Railway station and Yeshwanthpur Metro station. They gave me a free upgrade for early check in room.

The only thing which I don’t like is we booked the hotel 2 months to the IMTEX for 9 days with a 50% advance booking for premium room category. But our guest from Germany got delux room which was not Upto the mark and after raising this point to the management to compensate with something but that went unheard and unattended. We booked a room for 15k per night but got a room for a guest which is less than 5k category. I request you all to kindly double for what you have paid and what you are getting.

The location is conveniently within walking distance of the metro station, ensuring excellent connectivity for travelers. However, it is important to note that the property is situated near a vegetable market/yard. As a result, the lane leading to the hotel is often congested with trucks, which can make access challenging. Additionally, taxis are rarely available directly at the hotel; in most cases (around 90%), you will need to hail one from the main road, which can occasionally be inconvenient. Plan accordingly for a smoother experience.

espite being a new property, the restaurant falls significantly below expectations. The only meal worth considering is breakfast, which offers limited options, with most items seeming to be included just for the sake of variety rather than quality. The restaurant staff appears poorly trained, and the chef can often be seen roaming around in unclean attire, raising concerns about hygiene. While the property features a rooftop restaurant for evening dining, the food quality there is equally disappointing. Overall, this establishment feels more like a basic Bed & Breakfast (B&B) than a full-fledged hotel.

Excellent
