The pillows are really good, bed is also very good. Room very neat-clean with elegant water bottles and beautiful washroom . Everything well maintained room size are good and lot of things available inside room. I had a breakfast which was very good.

I was pleasantly surprised as I entered the lobby. The greetings were warm by the host and it had a big positive impact. Since, this hotel was on main road, I asked for a room away from road. They complied though the room window opened up to another building but for me it was pretty okay. It was an extremely quiet room. Room size are really good, much larger then most hotels. And well maintained. The restaurant on ground floor did not have a press at smell. Breakfast spread was decent. Checkout was a bit slow and they did not give the discount of F&B as was a part of the package. Noticed this after I left. Metro station is walkable. Rooftop restaurant has good vibes.

They are very particular about their customer service which is excellent and makes your stay a 5 star experience. Mr Nizam, Ramesh and Rama need a special mention for their excellent service. I would highly reccomend living here for your holidays or business trips.

Rooms were very neat and comfortable. Breakfast was good with good veg options. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I wish the food was marked correctly. All the veg items were marked vegan even though they were not dairy free. Would request the management to tag the food correctly.

1) The property is next to a wholesale agriculture market and the trucks that carry the produce block the exit. Once I waited over 15 minutes to exit the property in my car and almost half an hour to exit the service road. 2) The breakfast was horrible - I had ordered idli vada 3) They forgot to replace the towels in the room and it took them almost 20 minutes to bring the towels
