дуже аутентична велика двокімнатна квартира, наповнена старою меблею та символама сіцилії, вид з вікна на старовинну православну церкву, їжи, напоїв, десертів залишили для готування сніданку - дуже круто і зручно, снідати можна коли захотів) до центру - пару хвилин, до автобусу до пляжу - 10 хв, все зручно

надіслала запит на поселення раніше на годину, писала в вотсап, ніхто не відповів, вже з під двері позвонила хозяїну, то виявилось, що хазяйка вдома і пустить, а потім прочитала відповідь в букінгу - що неможливо заселення раніше. виявилось можливо

We had a wonderful stay at Cesare's Home and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Catania. The apartment is located right in the city center, making it very easy to reach all the main attractions on foot. There are also plenty of shops, cafés, and great restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. A special highlight is the amazing balcony, where we enjoyed spending time and relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We would also like to thank Luigi, who is an incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful host. He was always available and made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back on our next visit to Sicily! 🌞🇮🇹

La posizione è ottima e il proprietario gentile e disponibile, ci ha dato anche indicazioni su dove mangiare e come muoverci.

La struttura Necessiterebbe di maggiore manutenzione e pulizia, la casa è in generale un po trasandata.

"Dacă mai merg în Catania caut o locație inafara centrului istoric!"

Terasa și decorul interior. Apartamentul are un mobilier vintage și decoruri absolut încântătoare. Ai mai multe magazine în apropiere. La parter este o Shaormerie ok cu program mai scurt decât barul aflat chiar sub dormitor!🙈

Zgomot de la Barul aflat exact sub dormitor și zgomot făcut de trubadurii ce se distrează până dimineață la ora 03.00 în părculețul aflat între locație și o biserică . Barul folosește amplificare foarte puternică, bass în exces… și programul este până la trei dimineața. Absolt stresant ! Oricât de petrecăreț ai fi nu prea ai timp de recuperare.
