Great location

I had issues with the door lock. Shower was hard to regulate the heat

The host was very helpful about storage of our luggage for a few days. Unfortunately we had to change accommodation due to a medical incident and he was very understanding when we had to cancel our booking. The apartment is spacious and comfortable.

Cesare's Home is located in the centre, near Via Etnea. We were able to explore Catania comfortably on foot. The apartment is on the first floor, elevator is available, which is especially convenient for luggage transport. We could enjoy the rich breakfast that Luigi had left us in the fridge/kitchen on the balcony. Everything just fit. I would recommend this accommodation at any time.

Location is great, apartman is spacious with nice balcony.

The additional bed in living room is not comfortable.

Apartment was really big. Available free parking.

Closedness to the city center. 5 minutes walking distance.

Announced breakfast was actually several old cakes left in the apartment. The conditioning system did not work well. It is dirty around the building where the apartment is. Several homeless people, smell. In order to pay for parking, you should go around the building to the only parking paying machine. I did not stay there in the daytime, otherwise it would be expensive.

The property was very near the city centre and the metro was near with its access to the bus station and railway station. The property was very comfortable and well furnished with everthing we needed there. It was not a luxury apartment but nevertheless a comfortable one. All the major sights in Catania were in walking distance and there was a good trattoria (restaurant) nearby, The apartment was very good value for money and we felt safe at all times.

We did have a problem with the bath plug which refused to come out. However with Luigi's advice we used a blunt knife to prise the plug out causing no damage but some amusement-all part of the travel experience.

location was very the facilities were a bit rough around the edges broken sofa and fridge door as well as broken plug sockets and the bath panels kept coming off on the hot tub that didn’t work the terrace was not as it seemed and it gives you the illusion from the pics you have a bigger space

Everything was great. Only bad thing was weather, it was rainy. All other thing was just great! Luigi is a good host, location is perfect (city centre). Everything major is near. All in all - great experience!
