"Emergency stay following flight cancellation"

We were left stranded in Lahad Datu following a flight cancellation so booked the room without any research to avoid being left with no room for the night. The room was clean but tired looking and suffered from outside noise from the busy town streets - the staff were good and the hotel met our expectations for what we needed in an emergency situation.

The room could do with a refurbishment but was adequate for the night in our situation.
