Luxury Couple's Getaway with River Views and Parking

The location was excellent the attention to detail, & quality was exceptional comfortable bed & bed linen

The noise from above especially the cleaners then other guests was very loud in the morning ,& very disturbing maybe a couple more towels & toilet rolls provided when staying more than 2 nights & coffee,sachet s never been asked to strip my own bed before leaving no normal TV channels also & free car parking very tight on space & availability, £421 for 3 nights

Fantastic location right in the heart of this beautiful Cornish fishing village. Very clean and well appointed.

Bit of a trek to the parking area but it wasn’t really a problem.

Lovely place , close to everything , had teething problems with heating but hosts sorted it out quickly Parking was up a very steep hill just about coped with it but many wouldn’t be able to do it Good communication with hosts

Everything is very technical as in heating , oven , tv , need to keep going on to the guide or utude to figure it out , Maybe just needs a clear simple instruction manual step by step in the property We’re not bad with technology but this was a bit frustrating at times and if ur not good with it it would difficult to figure out

Beautiful ground floor cottage apartment. Very well equipped and excellent location. The bedroom window opens up right onto the stream running through Polperro. We slept with it open and the sound was bliss. Woke up to a family of ducks right outside. Totally peaceful.

Location is excellent. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. A great atmosphere in the village itself. The hosts were excellent with their correspondence and checking in via text.

No extractor fan in the kitchen, due to its location would be tricky, it's not a problem but something to be mindful if you are cooking we used the oven more for things. The carpark is a steep walk up the road and you come through the village which is tight. There is a luggage taxi or think ahead alot of regular visitors were using folding trolleys.

It was very cosy and had everything you needed . The decor was lovely. The bed was very comfy. We loved the little fireplace which was nice to come back to after a big walk

The Sail Locker was beautiful - we appreciated the attention to detail and the high quality furnishings etc. Great location in Polperro too.

The bathroom was very small! Very difficult access in the car as the roads are so narrow - would highly recommend using the luggage taxi.

Location great, modern and very clean and walking distance from everything in the village.

The only thing I would mention is the people who rented above the cottage were very loud and was uncomfortable at times with all the banging on the floor .

There is nothing not to like. Get the luggage man to help you up the hill for an easier option.

Excellent location. Polperro is simply beautiful. Great coastal path walk to Looe. Nice little cottage. Clean with all mod cons. Window seat and view of brook.

Very small bathroom in need of some TLC. Noise from people in flat above. You can hear every foot step and even the dog walking/running about. Cannot do anything about that as it is a very old property. Disapointed no hand soap or basics provided (things you wouldnt normally pack for a trip away...and we have done many). I would have expected this, especially as advertised as luxury. 3 tea bags and 3 coffee satchets and a tiny milk I think seems a bit mean. Had I known the basics were not provided, we would have brought our own. But never had to in any other place we have visited. I am sorry to say, I was expecting more. We are not into our 'tech' but it seems the focus is on that rather than basic luxury which makes all the difference to making a welcoming stay.
