It was clean

Shower doors didn't close enough toilet seat is very loose, radiator didn't work in bathroom, door handles loose. Draw fronts under wardrobe fell on my feet when I closed wardrobe doors.

"Very handy location and clean comfy apartment"

Location was convenient for us. Spacious rooms, comfortable large beds, two shower rooms.

Washing-drying machine didn't work. Some fittings were cheap, eg toilet seat came off, not broken, just ill-fitting. Radiator in en-suite bedroom was so hot and no thermostat to adjust. Towel radiator in shower-room did not heat up. Lack of detail eg utensils and dishes to cook food in oven, no oven gloves, only one tiny cooking knife, no bread knife or board, no bedside tables or lamps ....

very nice inside, the beds and pillows were really comfy, the only slight issue was I couldn't find a hairdryer.
