Sito in Viale Italia, rimane a 10-15 minuti di auto dalla stazione, per cui per chi non disponesse di macchina propria o noleggiata sarebbe obbligato a muoversi con mezzi pubblici/taxi per raggiungerla da lì. Tuttavia, rimane molto vicina a Terrazza Mascagni nonché al porto di Livorno, e altresì al quartiere Venezia, ideale per trovare una giusta dose di movida o locali ottimi in cui mangiare.

Il letto rimane incastrato nel muro, per cui è complicato sdraiarsi attraverso i lati destro e sinistro dello stesso, ma bisogna accedervi attraverso i "piedi". Tuttavia, abbastanza confortevole nel complesso

Die Wohnung liegt zwar an einer stark befahrenen Straße aber recht zentral und nicht weit vom Hafen, das war uns wichtig. Sie ist auch sehr nett eingerichtet und groß.

Das Haus war leicht zu finden, jedoch die Wohnung nicht, da sie von außen nicht gekennzeichnet ist. Der Vermieter war aber telefonisch prompt erreichbar und hat uns sehr nett geholfen.

Very close to seafront. Very good shower and WiFi connection.

A bit of street noise, but ok with windows closed.

Very pretty and very confortable

There may be noise outside, and you can't sleep with your window open because of that, but that didn't really bother our stay.

A very clean, cozy, vintage apartment. The location is also perfect - there is a bus stop few metres away from the property.

Thats not really a bad thing, but we found the mirror in our bedroom quite disturbing and it had a bad odour. However it’s understandable since the mirror is an antique, item. Once we covered it with a peace of cloth the room seemed more “bright” and welcoming.

It's in a fantastic location. The apartment design is cool. The best sandwich place is 1 step away. The Best ín Livorno... Sonny.

We enjoyed the location of this property, right across the street from the oceanside path to walk or run on. We were visiting family so we didn't spend much time in the property, but this was the perfect home base for us while we visited for the weekend. The hosts were so nice when arranging check-in and answering any questions we had. Gave good instructions and guides in the house.

It wasn't a problem for us and others have said as well- but it was on quite a loud street so there is traffic noise and a disco across the street.
