Good location, Campus beach is the best beach of the region 5 minutes by car, with hotel services,chairs, umbrellas, small snack bar

Rooms were very close together and near pool etc ..

Not far to tons .but road to busy to walk .

I like the hotel and their personal was polite and we had a great time around Villasimius.

There is an extra tax not included in the price of the booking to use the beach service provided by the hotel.

The staff are generally friendly, they try to be helpful and work towards finding solutions.

1- Some things are really old, like the mini-fridge, which sounds like a truck at night when it’s quiet. 2- The staff at breakfast are friendly, but the breakfast itself needs improvement. 3- You have to walk to the parking area, and this can be difficult if you have a baby. 4- There is hidden fee in this hotel. There is a mandatory daily beach fee of 10 euros per person. We went to their beach once but didn’t go back because there are much better beaches in Villasimius. So, indeed 4 extra days payment (80 EUR) was for nothing. I’m not sure if I would go back to Villasimius; some thingsq bothered me. It feels a bit like a tourist trap now, and honestly, if I go again, I wouldn’t stay at the same hotel.

The staff were EXCELLENT. The staff made this a 5 star experience, particularly the entertainer/singer, Barbara and very helpful receptionist, Enrico. They were absolutely fantastic. The food was generally quite good too. Catering staff also went the extra mile. Swimming pool and all areas were very well cleaned. Great tourist bus service for 5 euros per day to take you to key beaches. It stops 1-2 minutes form the hotel every hour in the summer. Quiet surrounds.

When you book, you need to see the small print of the £10 additional charge per night per person. The hotel does send e-mail reminder about this charge too. It is for things like using the mini bus to take you to the local beach and back as well as the gym. However, we only used the mini bus for one journey ( 4-5 minute drive), and stayed there for three nights, hence 120 euros extra for a family of four. We never used the outdoor gym at all, so technically we paid 120 euros for a 5 minute mini bus journey. We feel this should be a mandatory charge based upon usage rather than all guests to pay the mandatory charge, even if you d not use the services. Other hotels would include this upfront in the prices on comparative websites. Room air-conditioning was just about ok, but loud, so affected sleep some nights. However, quality of mattresses were good.
