I waited 4 hours trying to get someone to let me into the building and the owner only called me back 6 hours after check in time telling me I should cancel my booking and it was already too late so I couldn’t cancel my booking and I couldn’t enter my accommodation this was a complete waste of money do not waste your time on this one

The caretaker has no customers service, he is for ever saying “there is nothing he can do “ were else I paid to be accommodated on the property and was not assisted in that regard
