I’m sorry to say i had a really bad experience that definitely affected my overall evaluation. While I was in the bed a really big rat entered from a hole of the wall. After I called for the guys at the front office I tried to explain that could not be acceptable. In the end I changed the hotel before even spending the night there. I asked for a refund since I didn’t spend the night but they said it wasn’t possible. They would only give me a different room. Since I wasn’t sure that the same bad episode would not happen again, I decided to leave. I also knew it wasn’t completely their fault but I didn’t like the way the managed the situation to be honest. Maybe i was just incredibly unlucky and no rat entered in the building before my experience, I don’t know. I just thought it was important to point out it did happen to me

Value for money

Malang are consider as city in a valley of two mountains hence hot water is important. Water pressure are superb, but the hot water last only for 3 minutes (believe me, I'm ex-hotel staff) so I count it 😁. Stay are ok, but extra smile from female staff would make guest feel a little sunshine. The male staff are doing good though.
