Well, overall, it's okay for an overnight stay. The room is on the ground floor opposite an old-fashioned elevator, with metal grates for doors. The soundproofing was terrible, so it felt like I was sleeping in the stairwell, especially when young people (neighbors) came home in the middle of the night. There is a colony of ants living behind the baseboard. I accidentally dropped a polyethylene slice separator from mortadella. In the morning, I was shocked by their number; the entire sheet was covered with ants. When I removed the sheet, they ran behind the baseboard, but later they climbed into my bed, just a few, but still. The door lock was old, and I had to cover it with a towel. It felt like someone was watching me.
TRWell, yes, room is very tiny but for me it’s enough for solo travelers. of course this is not five star hotel but in this city you can’t get anything more or better for this price. Owner is very helpful good communicating, and trying to help. What else do you need? And also very close to city center about 600 m.

PLIt's a place "just to sleep" 🙃 I didn't expect nothing special cause the price was low. Marco is really helpful & honest, that's why I gave 8. You get basic cosmetics & clean towels The bed is big The location is really good if you want to be close to the train station.
It could be cleaner The net in the window should be changed & the window should be cleaned. It is next to the lift so it was quite noisy, you can sleep there well only if you don't have problem with that.
HUThe location is excellent and the room is very comfy for sleeping there.
The house is a bit noisy but still acceptable.
