Omi Relax Inn

Quiet location down a small road out of the way of Ella's busyness. Beautiful view from the place, stunning! Great Sri Lanka breakfast with good variety each morning (for vegetarian). Nice thick duvets for the cold! The family were lovely!

Room was a bit dated, shower was a bit on and off with the hot water. Check in took a while despite messaging ahead, but they obviously tried to make up for this and apologized for it which was appreciated.

L’emplacement est parfait, à quelques minutes à pied du brouhaha, avec une jolie vue dégagée. Notre hôte était adorable. Très bon petit déjeuner. J’y reviendrai avec plaisir

La vue depuis la terrasse, la situation au calme bien qu'à seulement 500m du centre, la proximité du départ des principales promenades, le professionnalisme de l'hôte.

La posizione è comoda, a 10 minuti dalla strada principale (la sera è comodo avere una torcia perché la strada non è illuminata) Bellissima la vista dal balcone di ingresso. Buona la colazione. Stanza e lenzuola pulite. Zanzariera sul letto.

In generale in Sri Lanka ho soggiornato in strutture migliori pagando cifre più basse (forse è Ella ad essere una meta più cara). Dalla doccia l’acqua esce molto debole. Non c’è il Wi-Fi. Non ho trovato tutta questa disponibilità e presenza da parte dei proprietari.

The terrace had a very nice view with comfy chairs and a hammock to enjoy silent time in contemplation.

The room is in a homestay, sharing a thin wall with an entire family room. Unfortunately, there were loud noises at night and we could not sleep much. It was probably safe but we did not feel very safe at night.

The home stay is cosy and has a great view, it provides comfortable beds with warm blankets and amazing breakfast. The host is super kind and helpful and the welcome tea was just the right thing after the walk to the house. This is a 5 min walk from the Main Street, which was fine for us as we looked for something quiet and calm. We had a very relaxing stay!

Nothing. The only this is that there is no light on the street when you walk at night to the homestay (very usual in Sri Lanka).

Perfect terrace, generous breakfast and the host, couple steps to city centre and still quite place for exploring the surroundings of Ella.
