Lo staff disponibile ed accogliente, il noleggio bici

Il non poter utilizzare il pos per il pagamento con carta, perché fuori uso per tutto il tempo. Ho dovuto prelevare con commissione di 7 euro. Ho chiesto allo staff di scontarmi le commissioni e mi è stato detto di no. Il problema era loro e non mi hanno saputo venire incontro.
