"Very Good"

Close to marina and abc store and mall. Beach park close too. Shower was great. Plenty of storage for our belongings.

Only one elevator working. No directions on use of tv. AC was loud. Bed creaked every time we turned over.

La vista , garage gratuito

Appartamento datato, letto cigolante e rumoroso, filtrava un sacco di luce da sotto e dai lati della porta d’ingresso , insonorizzazione pessima o inesistente!! Non hanno voluto offrirci il deposito bagagli e non ci hanno fornito assistenza su dove poter lasciare le valige ( nanny bag)

"Overall we had a great time visiting family and enjoying the island."

The fact that there was a stove and other appliances worked well for cooking. The location was great. Very close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Free WiFi. TV took a while to turn on and find channels, but didn’t mind since we were gone most of the day.

When entering the building, we noticed that one of the elevators wasn’t accessible. There were 39 floors, which was too many floors for one elevator. Getting off the elevator, we noticed an unpleasant smell. When entering the condo, it was very hot. The air conditioner wasn’t running. We took the vent filter out it was filthy, and so were the coils. Couldn’t find the power button. Finally we were able to after quite some time. It was very old, and there were gaps around the window. The tower fan was also dirty. The futon was very uncomfortable, so my sister and I had to share the queen bed. The condo needs a thorough cleaning and upgrade. The pool and spa were closed. The amenities weren’t great, but overall the stay was nice and we got to enjoy the six days. Room #1401.

Sauberkeit, Der Topf in der Küche (eine mobile Herdplatte) war absolut nicht zu benutzen weil er so dreckig (Beschichtung abgekratzt) war

"Best view and value for the money"

Free parking, laundry facilities, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION, view from 32nd floor was fantastic.

Furnitures require upgrade and cleaning needs small improvement.

"Super appartement"

Facile à trouver, locataire très bienveillante et réactive, très bien situé, bon rapport qualité prix

Personne à la réception (nous avons eu un problème de bagages et personne pour les récupérer pour nous donc obligé de passer une demi journée à la chambre à les attendre)
