Tha Khao Bay View Bungalow

Het uitzicht is fenomenaal. Ik had een hut vooraan met heel veel privacy. De staff is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het restaurant is sfeervol en goed.

Er is, mede doordat het midden in de jungle is, heel veel ongedierte en dan met name muggen. Er zitten wel ramen in de hut, maar ook hele grote kieren in de vloer, dus alles komt als kg naar binnen. En een gat in de klamboe helpt ook niet.

Alt var ok.

Location and simplicity of the bungalow. Restaurant had good reasonably priced food/drink. Very clean and the staff were very helpful & smiling. Enjoyed the stay

Like in most island coastal areas the water pressure is average but enough to shower ok.

Such a special place. Rooms even our air conditioned one are pretty basic but the family who run Bay View and the welcome they give you is unforgettable. Views over bay - especially if you wake for sunrise are incredible. Restaurant food is consistently delicious. Bonus are the hornbills and squirrels that can been spotted from bungalow terraces. Such a memorable stay, thank you!

We loved it, but may not be the same for everyone? Uneven ground around bungalow paths - not suitable for anyone unsteady on their feet or who can’t climb steep steps from road. You need to be happy to stay in a wooden cabin. Not fault of property but we wished we had packed swimming shoes as parts of bay littered with sharp coral and cant be purchased on the island.

Das Personal war super freundlich und süß. Die Anlage war sehr schön und die Aussicht atemberaubend. Dementsprechend war die Lage auch top. Wir haben regelmäßig Nashornvögel gesehen. Das Restaurant war sehr sehr gut.

Es ist natürlich etwas rustikaler und sehr naturverbunden. Darauf muss man sich einlassen ;) das Bad war nicht ganz so sauber, aber das Bungalow war auch mitten im Dschungel. Natürlich kommt da was rein.
