All was fine, very kind and helpful family

Breakfast was good, location is good

The suit was very bad, the bed is totally uncomfortable. It was smell of gas from basement, and i got a headache.

Staff are very attentive and made sure we had a very comfortable stay. Absolutely loved our stay here. HIGHLY recommended. Bonus is the location. Very close to the centre, restaurant, cafes and short walking distance to Registan Square. The information provided upon check-in is very useful. It was easy to navigate the city because they provided the map upon check-in.

Although these points did not affect our stay, i wish to share 1) Water pressure is a bit low so it is quite difficult if you are taking a shower. 2) The wifi connection to the TV is very slow however this does not affect our stay at all. 3) I wish they could add payment by credit card as it would be convenient for tourists. 4) I also suggest if they can add bidet since majority of their guests are from the UAE (this is bonus point for the hotel to attract more guests). Regardless, our overall the stay was absolutely awesome.

Very good location

The hotel is located 5 minutes away by foot from Registan Square on a quiet street. It was totally quiet at night, so we had a peaceful sleep. The room was spacious, clean and didn’t smell. The beds were comfortable with multiple pillows and had wall sockets near each bed. The hotel provided disposable slippers and toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste and toothbrush). A kettle, teapot, teabags and coffee sachets were included as well as 4 bottles of water at no extra charge. The breakfast was a buffet with a good selection of traditional dishes. All staff members were very friendly, hospitable and helpful.
