Bungalow Resort - Sigiriya

The hospitality from Kasun was second to none. Nothing was a problem to arrange, and he went above and beyond for us. Being next to the lake was ideal with all the wildlife surrounding you. This is what we were hoping for and got. Our room was spacious and adequate for our needs. Kasun and his staff have done a huge amount of work in their garden with a large variety of spice and fruit trees. We wish them all the best for their future plans to enhance the property, and we would gladly return.

Le calme , la piscine et la disponibilité du personnel. Kasun est allé récupérer notre repas en ville. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et délicieux. Les lits sont très confortables.

Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich. Er hat uns sogar Angelausrüstung besorgt und so konnten wir am See nebenan angeln und sind mit den hilfsbereiten Einheimischen in Kontakt gekommen. Auf diesem Weg sind auch Affen in den Bäumen zu finden! Der Pool ist sehr gut zum Erfrischen geeignet. Auch das Frühstück hat gepasst.

Die Matratze hatte ein paar Flecken und das Bad war etwas rostig.

Nous avons adoré nos 3 nuits dans ce logement. La maison est magnifique avec une belle piscine au milieu d'un jardin luxuriant. La chambre est grande et la literie confortable. L'hôte est d'une gentillesse incroyable. Il nous a également aidé à nous organiser un safari . C était super .Le petit déjeuner est le meilleur que nous ayions eu au Sri Lanka. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés ce lieux .

Nous avons tout aimé.

De eigenaar Kasun was heel vriendelijk en gaf ons advies over alles en nog wat. We hadden veel vragen. Hij was heel behulpzaam en regelde eten of laundry services. Mooi zwembad en tuin met veel soorten fruit en groenten. Heel lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt met elke dag variatie! Wij deden een Safari in Sigiriya. Er waren veel olifanten te zien in Kaudulla nationaal park. De omgeving is ook perfect voor een uitstap met de scooter (als je hobbelige wegen geen probleem vindt). Die kan je makkelijk op de hoofdstraat huren.

Alles was goed. Ik zou aanraden om nog nachtkastjes te plaatsen naast de bedden en een meubel in de badkamer om iets op te zetten.

Posizione molto tranquilla vicina ad un lago e lontana dalla strada centrale ma a 5 minuti di tuk tuk . Camera molto grande e pulita. Non fanno servizio cucina ma senza nessuna spesa aggiuntiva ti fanno ordinare un take away da un paio di ristoranti e si può consumare il proprio pasto tranquillamente al tavolo sul grande terrazzo di fronte la propria camera. Ci siamo godute anche qualche ora anche nella bella piscina a disposizione degli ospiti. Kasun, il proprietario, è stato di una gentilezza e di una disponibilità incredibile! Ci ha aiutato ad organizzare tutte le nostre attività a Sigiriya ed è stato sempre attento alle nostre necessità con discrezione e grande cortesia.

La miglior colazione dopo 6 notti in Sri Lanka, piscina pulita e ad un passo da un bellissimo lago. E come sempre in questo paese ospitalità pazzesca che ormai per noi in Italia é una chimera.

Le tende non servono a nulla perché all’alba entra tutta la luce possibile e la stanza si illumina ( gia detto al proprietario) oltre ad una bambina piccola che urlava alle 6:30…. Zanzariere sul letto un po scomode da aprire ma qui sono fondamentali

Plus qu'un hôtel, une rencontre avec un patron au petit soin qui n'a qu'un idée : que votre séjour se passe merveilleusement bien. L'hôtel est très propre avec une belle et grande piscine (idéale pour se rafraîchir le soir en rentrant), le petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux, il vous faudra 30mn de marche pour vous rendre au rocher et 15mn pour aller aux restaurants (ou 5mn de tuk-tuk 😜).
