The Sol House

The location is excellent. Friendly and supportive staff. Clean and cosy room with balcony and comfortable bed. Clean and fresh towels every day.

No elevator!

Good location, near bus stop and the beach; restaurants and locals walking distance.

No english speaking (at all, not a word). Very unfriendly owners - they run several businesses together and/or play video games - most of the time there is nobody at the "reception". The rooms are on floors with very steep and narrow stairs, there is no elevator. The room was never cleaned, I had to specifically ask for towels to be replaced - they were given to me with great reluctance.

The location and appearance of the apartment is great. The male part of the reception was nice and helpful.

They did not change the towels every day, nor did they throw out the trash. They also did not tell us that food in the accommodation is charged.

Staff is very kind even they cannot speak English but they are in eager to help us. Location is near by the beach and close to grand world. There are hair dryers and hair straightener in the room. Free water every day.

No room cleaning until you check out. (You can ask for it btw.)

Good location very near center of grand world

They moved us from the one near beach to another one, same name as Sol hotel, near center on grand world. No elevator.

Big room with 2 big beds and the room so spacious that can accomodate our 2 big 28inch luggages. The host was so friendly and helpful. Location of the property is near to the grand world night light show and all the restaurant with just about 5 mins walk.

The bedsheet and pillow case cleanliness can be further improve
