"Wasn't the best experience when it comes to property maintenance and cleanliness"

Excellent Communication. Good location of the hotel. But that's all I can say about this property. Consumer beware of staying on this property.

Sheets were unclean. Lost money from washer machine and dryer machine in the amount of $14. When I contacted the laundry company who told me to contact the host. Contacted the host who told me they would refund the money. Only to find out today I need to speak to booking.com for the refund. White sheets had blood or some type of red statins on it. Living room couch smelled like pee and looked like a pee stain. We had to Lysol the couch. We took pictures of everything that was a problem in the room to avoid any incidental charges. The rooms weren't cleaned properly at all. Elevator made loud noise and shake while getting off of 3rd floor. Also, no emergency phones or call buttons on the elevator which is a hazard if you get stuck on it.

la atención. Vía whatsapp estaban muy atentos a todo para asegurar que llegaba bien y que tenía todo a mi disposición. el tamaño, la comdidad de la cama y la comodidad. la disponibilidad de aparcamiento es un gran plus.

el olor en las zonas comunes (portal, pasillo y ascensor). EL agua caliente no llegaba bien.
