Very Clean; great location; easy directions; Raphael our host was wonderful! He checked on us multiple times; brought our lost luggage to us; We would give it a 10 out of 10!!

We do not have any dislikes. Everything was wonderful!

It was very central

We were 5 adults so an additional comfortable seat would have been hoo but not essential Just a bit of confusion about what time and where to put the rubbish; I mentioned this to Rafael who will arrange a small pdf to explain where and what time to leave the rubbish

Spacious apartment with everything you need. Perfect location.

We loved the property. We felt safe with keypad entry to the building and key entry to the apartment. We felt the rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were comfortable.

Nothing it was great. The apartment is located on level 1 right above restaurants and shops.

It was spacious enough for our party of five adults

The downstairs bar was very noisy until around 12:30am making sleep impossible for us. If you go to bed late, this wouldn’t be an issue.

The location was great! Space worked perfectly! Apartment was clean and comfortable.

The location was fabulous, in the street overlooking the Bell Tower, so within walking distance of everything. The apartment was very pleasant and comfortable for a short stay. It includes a compact lounge with 1 settee and chairs around a dining table for 6. The kitchen was very well equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave. Each bedroom was spacious, two had TVs and one an en- suite (with a washing machine). The main bedroom had a lovely street view, the others overlook a building at the side. Sorrento as a base to explore the Amalfi coast was perfect as many ferries leave the port. To get to the port, use the lift in the Villa Comunale Park (at the end of the street), which takes just a few minutes. There are a range of restaurants and bars through Sorrento to suitable tastes. When arriving at the apartment the street is pedestrianised so it is worth being dropped by Villa Comunale Park- walk up.until you reach Blu Water Restaurant where you will find the apartment.

The pillows were memory foam and I found them really uncomfortable. One wasn't enough, two too much.

The communication was great but unfortunately the keys were not in the lock box We did not all have wifi / data on our foreign mobiles so it was a bit difficult to communicate and it was late on a Sunday evening The keys were delivered by hand after a bit of back and forth and what seemed like a bit of doubt. We received numerous messages in the 2 day stay from the host , asking if a washing machine technician could come. We therefore were reluctant to use the machine in case he arrived. After making an arrangement, he did not turn up. All the messages were annoying when we only had 2 days.
