Overall location and facilities were descent. Amador, at the front desk, made our stay worth it. She was amazing! We were very well taken care of by Amadora, who not only tended to all of our needs but was the most gracious and friendly host!

Property was under construction and felt dark and desolate. Rooms were clean, but updates were needed. Served the purpose, but no wow.

Very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility was new.

Weird metal box around bed base was very noisy when hit with a foot. No teabags available.

It was very warm and humid throughout the building. Mold growing on lampshade and on curtains. Crickets everywhere...stayed across the street the next weekend, no crickets.

Very clean exterior. The floors, tables, elevator, and hallways were all very kept up. We tried the pool and the area was very clean as well.

The ac on our room did not seem to work as well as we would have hoped. We cranked it down to 65 and it still felt stuffy at times. The breakfast was light in offerings, but the food was great.

Our stay at this hotel was an exceptional experience, despite its location not being the most ideal for us. This hotel offered the best value for the price. The charming exterior decorations and clean environment even made my children insist on staying here again on our return trip. Consequently, we used this hotel as a stopover for both our outbound and return journeys. The front desk receptionists Amadora and Caleb were incredibly friendly and attentive, always greeting us with warm smiles and ready to assist at any moment. Maintenance staff Erik seemed almost magical, appearing at our door within 30 seconds to patiently explain how to operate the hotel’s TV and address other concerns. The overall atmosphere at this hotel was one of warmth, kindness, and genuine care.

If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to improve the breakfast offerings by including some classic items typically found at other hotels, such as bacon or sausages, scrambled eggs, biscuits, fruits, hot water, and a variety of tea bags. After a good night’s sleep, guests often look forward to a hearty breakfast, and lacking a satisfying morning meal can significantly affect the overall impression of the hotel.
