Days Inn by Wyndham Salado

I liked location but a road to access the bridge would be so much better for traveling. We did have an issue with our first room not having a working a/c but got a new room quick.

The mattresses were horrible. My back was killing me the next morning.

The staff was extremely friendly he was new but definitely had a great attitude.

There was mold in the shower and the breakfast that was included was Twinkies.

The elevator went out, but not a big deal. I was expecting breakfast, but they stopped serving continental breakfast all together. All that was there for breakfast was ding dong and Twinkies.

Staff and facility were fantastic!

Bed was not very comfortable. Room was warm even with AC on.

This hotel should be shut down. The room was filthy. Layers of distance and hair everywhere. The entire building smelled moldy. We checked under and around things in the room and found bugs all over the ceiling and large cockroaches. We took photos and immediately left the room. Upon showing the images to the front desk, we informed them that we would not be staying and asked for a refund due to the bugs. They stayed, and they would issue the refund, but after leaving, they refused to refund the 3 night stay. This hotel should be shut down. Do not stay here unless you'd like to take home some unwanted critters.
