CASA DEL MARE

Nikdy nikde jsme nepotkali hodnější a srdečnější majitelé. Vaso a Nikos jsou naprosto zlatí jejich vřelost nás dojala. Po příjezdu nás čekala úplně plná lednice jídla, to jsme ještě nikde neviděli. Apartmán byl naprosto čistý a voňavý. Plně vybavený. Před apartmánem je hned krásná pláž. Výhled nám vyrazil dech, nenašli bychom jedinou věc která by byla špatná. Den před odjezdem nám ještě donesli vzkaz na rozloučenou a láhev vína. Rozhodně se sem vrátíme. Absolutně doporučiji a děkuji za tak nádherný pobyt. ❤️

Upon arrival at the apartment we felt like we were in paradise. Very beautiful and quiet location, perfect sea view, super equipped and clean apartment with a fully stocked fridge with food. Immediately upon arrival we were welcomed by the very kind and helpful owner of the apartment Nikos. Nikos was very helpful in how to spend our free time in Kefalonia. We would love to come back here.

Престоят ни тук беше истинско вълшебство. Къщата е разположена на едно от най-красивите и тихи места на южното крайбрежие – сутрин посрещаш изгрева с чаша кафе и усещане, че си сам с морето .Гледката е неповторима. Всичко в къщата беше безупречно – напълно оборудвана кухня с всякакви уреди, удобства, чистота, уют. Хладилникът беше напълно зареден още при пристигането ни – детайл, който наистина показва грижа. Но това, което прави мястото специално, е домакинът – невероятен човек с голямо сърце. Всеки ден ни носеше плодове, домашни сладкиши, внимание и топлина. Почувствахме се не като гости, а като специално посрещнати приятели. Благодарим от сърце на Никос за това преживяване.Ще се върнем отново – със сигурност.

Всичко беше перфектно

Un view extraordinar, apartamentul super spațios si dotat cu absolut tot ce ne-am fi putut aștepta. Insa cel mai de apreciat este Nikos, o persoana extraordinara, mereu atenta si saritoare. A acordat o atentie deosebita la detalii si am avut parte de o gramada de surprize placute datorita lui: frigiderul plin cu fructe proaspete si gustari delicioase, sticla de vin rece sau portokalopita atat de delicioasa sunt doar cateva din acestea. Mulțumim Nikos, pentru casa noastra din Kefalonia, asa cum atat de frumos ai spus-o tu!

The hospitality provided by our host Nikos was amazing and moving. Finding a fridge full of food and drinks upon our arrival was unbelieveable. Nikos wanted us to feel like at home and we felt exactly that way. Panoramic view of the sea, modern equipment, powerful air conditioning in every room, very good Wi-Fi. There was absolutely nothing we could complain about. This is more than a 10 out of 10. Definitely coming back!

If you're unsure whether to spend your vacation here, just take a look at the photos below. This place offers one of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen — right from the master bedroom! Every morning, we woke up with the sunrise pouring in, enjoyed our coffee on the terrace with a gorgeous view of the sea and mountains, and the scent of pine trees from the side made the air feel like natural therapy for the lungs, nose, and mind. We were searching for a small, cozy, and quiet retreat — and we truly found a little piece of paradise. The apartment has two bedrooms: a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and a perfect mattress, and a smaller bedroom ideal for two children. There’s one full bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus a separate guest toilet. The living room is airy and open, and the view from there literally takes your breath away. 😍 The kitchen is extremely well-equipped — it had everything we needed and more. Honestly, this is where we discovered a new definition of "well equipped". And what truly made this stay special was the host, Nikos. In all our years of traveling to Greece, we’ve never experienced such thoughtful hospitality. He made us feel like part of his family: he shared detailed directions, welcomed us personally, gave us a tour of the apartment, and even stocked the fridge with fresh food — fruits, vegetables, ham, cheese, salads, juice, water, and eggs. I felt like I had arrived at my father’s house. Throughout the entire vacation, Nikos made sure we were comfortable, relaxed, and fully immersed in the beauty of Kefalonia. Absolutely loved everything. ❤️

Can not think about 1 thing that we did not like

We spent a wonderful 8 days in Kefalonia and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our host, Nikos, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. The accommodation was exceptional – spotlessly clean, beautifully arranged, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The view from the property was absolutely stunning – a perfect 10/10 that we never got tired of. It was the ideal place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the island. Every moment felt peaceful and special, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. We felt great during our entire stay and created memories we’ll cherish for a long time. Without a doubt, we will be coming back again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Kefalonia!

Everything was absolutely perfect - from the first moment when Nico and Vaso met us (they even helped us to find the appartment). The appartment is new, beatiful with the best view you can imagine. It has everything you may need - Nico and Vaso even made the fridge full of food for the first days so we did not need to go shopping the first day (fruits,vegetable, yoghurts, cheese,ham,bread, water,juice,beer,wine…). There is air condition, washing machine, two different coffee makers (including coffee caps), toaster, microwave…you feel like home from the first moment. We also got the sun umbrella to use on the beach - it has private sandy beach with clear water, we loved it there. It is very calm place. But in 10 minutes drive you are in Lixoury and if you want you can use ferry and in another 15 min you are in Argostoli for shops and everything. 3 min walk it is a tavern if you want eat. And it is also close to many other beautiful beaches of the island. Nico reccomended many great places to visit, it was helpful. Vaso came many times with small gifts - cake,ice cream, home made ice tea, wine….Nico and Vaso were the best hosts we ever had (and we travel quite lot). Can reccomend to everyone. We absolutely loved it, so relaxing week.

Nikko is the perfect host. Attentive, always available and follows through on any requests promptly. We arrived very late and he was there to greet us and had the fridge full of food for our first breakfast. The place is stunning, the view from the terrace breathtaking. The beach is, albeit unmanned, right in front and 30 steps away. Crystal clear water. It was July and we pretty much had the whole bay for ourselves. The flat is perfectly furnished, super clean , there is powerful Aircon everywhere, full of utensils. No noise at all around, you are totally isolated but there are scattered houses around so it doesn't feel too isolated. It is a super peaceful place, totally relaxing. Bonus point a relatively cheap and great typical Greek food two minutes walk, overlooking the bay. The closest town is only 10 minutes away. We can highly recommend it for a peaceful, secluded, right on the beach vacation.

Completely new house, with great views, very nicely furnished, great hosts who are very kind and helpful as they live in the same house, we got a homemade cake and also fridge was full of great food and wine when we arrived ;) beach is 2min away - ideal for kids! Warmly recommended!
