Did not take breakfast, however walked to nearby food outlets when required as they were within walking distance

Any issues were promptly dealt with by staff who were very helpful and available 24/7.

Was informed that we don't have booking at all! Had to go somewhere else. Not even bother to verify!

It is a new property and nearly maintained.

I booked a room on Booking.com for ₹3600 including taxes, but I received a call from the hotel saying the room was unavailable. I informed them I was already at the hotel and could see the room was available, but they insisted that I would soon receive a message of unavailability, which never came. Later, they told me that if I still wanted the room, I would have to pay ₹4500. Since we were in a hurry, we negotiated and paid ₹4200. When we asked for a bill, they said it would be provided in the morning. However, the responsible person was not available in the morning, and we never received the bill.
