Was clean tidy and genuinely an nice place to stay masive main bed. Double and a single in the second room and a sofa bed in the lounge. bathroom fantastic the Japanese toilet is a brilliant tuch on a cold morning warm seat.

It was cold being a single glazed building but the heaters didnt take long to warm the place but would have been nice to walk in and it be a little wormer. Bathroom is quite old in the morning

Very clean and comfortable bedrooms. Convenient location in bowness Bathroom lovely,huge towels. kitchen has washing machine and dishwasher didn't use.

Took ages to warm the living area up .heating is not adequate A fan heater is provided but must cost alot to run.. wouldn't like to be there in the winter Expensive heated toilet great. But provision of dish cloth wash up liquid etc would be good. Only 1 bowl for cereal !.. We didn't meet any staff can't name anyone as they sign themselves as west view apartment. Some attention to these comments and it would be a fab place to stay

Great location, very clean and tidy. Well equipped kitchen facilities really good for our stay

Wi-Fi was a little slow, hot water was on a boiler so after a couple of showers it went cold when there are 5 of you was not sufficient, albeit credit to the owners they came straight away and sorted it for us.

Good location. Walking distance to town center & pier. Apartment is clean, toilet is spacious and having a bidet is a nice touch.

Need to improve the kitchen exhaust system.

"A great place to stay for 4 adults."

It's hard to find 2 bedroomed flats - this was great.

Quite a few steps to negotiate as it was second floor. We could really have used a second set of keys as the bottom door had to be locked. Which means someone has to run up and down the steps if one person is going out. Or you get locked in.
