Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. Vile and Uninhabitable Conditions: Upon arrival, we were confronted with filthy and completely unliveable conditions. The apartment reeked of a putrid and stomach-churning odour, making it impossible to remain inside. The following unacceptable issues were immediately evident and thoroughly documented with photographic evidence:       •     Soiled toilet roll that was completely unusable – an outright hygiene hazard.       •     A vodka bottle found in the bed – a disgusting and offensive discovery, particularly as we are Muslim and observing Ramadan. The hosts’ accusation that we placed it there was not only absurd but discriminatory and deeply disrespectful.       •     A heavily stained mattress and generally unsanitary bedding, making the sleeping conditions utterly repulsive.       •     A cracked wall caused by the hosts’ violent and reckless entry into the apartment. Aggressive and Menacing Behaviour: What made this experience truly traumatic was the abusive conduct of the property representatives. While we were packing to leave, a man and a woman stormed into the apartment without warning under the pretext of an “inspection.” Their behaviour was aggressive, hostile, and threatening – slamming the door open with such force that it cracked the wall, despite the lock being on. Their violent entry left us feeling completely unsafe. To add further insult, the male representative accused us of placing the vodka bottle in the apartment, blatantly disregarding the photographic evidence we provided. Despite clearly explaining our religious observance, they dismissed our claims and chose to prioritise their cleaners’ baseless assertions over the documented proof we presented. This treatment was not only unprofessional but offensive and discriminatory.

"Never book with them!!!!"

Never book with them! They are not cleaning the property, you realize when you already in the property. They are not refunding the money and charging you for cleaning. Avoid them!

I had a terribly disappointing experience with this apartment. I booked the property from 14 to 19 March 2025. Check-in was from 3 p.m., and I arrived only after 4 p.m., so there was certainly enough time to clean the flat properly before check-in, as they had promised to do. However, there was no toilet paper and the flat was dirty, even the bed hadn’t been made, and the previous guest’s dirty laundry was in the bathtub. I tried to communicate with the company through https://www.booking.com. They promised to send someone to clean the flat but nobody came. I couldn’t wait any longer, so I left the parking area at around 5.15 p.m. They didn’t provide the service that I paid for however they don’t refund my money at all.
