The staff were welcoming and friendly.

The lack of cleanliness. It was infested with mosquitoes, I was bitten to bits in my sleep and woke up to SO MANY bites. The room also wasn’t thoroughly cleaned after the last guest, as there were footprints all over the floor. The bed was hard as a brick, too. It was difficult to get decent rest.
