The beds were comfortable.The cleaners were really helpfull.Only the counter staffs very difficult to communicate since langguage had become the barrier.

My room comes with kitchennete.There is sink and stove.But the problem was,the sink was leaking from the tap.I think this one need to improve.No broom at all..at least we can sweep the floor. I asked for mineral water daily,but then i only can get if i ask.

The description and photos are accurate. The appartment is not very large, but space usage is optimized to make it look larger. Four quick elevators are available. We never has to queue, at least during our stay in the first week of Shaabane month. Location is perfect for transportation (Taxi or buses). The hotel has a subscription with bus transportation company, so visitors can have free rides to and from Haram mosque. There are departures every few minutes and the way is around 7 min.

(Not really a cons of the hotel itself) After prayers, the bus station is crowdy, and you may have to wait longer in lane. Alternatively, you can take a Taxi near Ajyad gate. Taxi rates are higher at peak times, usualy 10SAR/person. Things to improve: add a microwave in the kitchenette, and a laundry area somewhere in the hotel.
