The neiborhood felt a little sketchy

Our host, Marvin, was very helpful, polite, and welcoming. We appreciated that the location was very convenient to our family planned entertainment at Roger Williams Zoo. We also thought the amenities that were provided such as organic teas, coffee maker, condiments and even paper towels were a nice touch and above and beyond what might be expected.

What's there to not like? Everything met our expectations and beyond.

Maxing host and clean proprty

It was a it noisy but this was due to its location in main road

Was genuinely stunned at how pretty this place is when I turned up and how spacious the whole apartment is. Easy roadside or off road parking, was greeted by Marvin who explained everything and was really kind but unobtrusive which I really liked. The coffee machine is great and the little extras like milk in the fridge and cotton buds/cotton pads really went the extra mile to make this place feel like home. Sofa is also super big and comfy. Absolutely fabulous for the price, I didn't want to leave!!

Personally not a fan of memory foam which was the main matress in the master bedroom but it was comfortable. Also struggled with the road noise at night but again a personal thing so slept with ear plugs in.
