Le logement était propre, bien équipé et joliment décoré. La cuisine disposait de tout le nécessaire. Le personnel était très gentil et facilement joignable.

Le bruit des voitures la nuit peut déranger les personnes sensibles. Le stationnement, dans une rue à sens unique, est parfois compliqué. La taxe de séjour a été collectée en espèces, sans possibilité de facture.
