住宿環境整潔乾淨浴室臥房寬敞舒服

住宿政策極端不合理，連續訂房兩天，網路下訂單同時沒有馬上告知，後續再用訊息通知住客，說訂的是汽車旅館含車庫房型，需要另外補第二天1560元的差價，否則住客需要在中午12:00退房，提供給需要休息的房客至晚上20:00？我連訂兩晚住宿，要我隔天中午搬離開，晚上20:00再辦一次入住？請問這是什麼鬼訂房政策，申請修改訂單跟退訂，又硬性規定更改訂單或取消訂單信用卡預支款項將不退還，顯然非常不合理，員工素養跟住宿環境沒話說，但你們的訂房政策太不合理了
