"Disappointing"

Hi, I would like to mention that I did t stay at this place yesterday. I called the property many times and nobody responded. It was mentioned that there is free private parking. But I couldnt find any and not even road side. So I had to leave the place and booked other place to stay. I raised my concern and complaints many times since yesterday night. I have not received any response neither from booking.com customer service nor from the property. Please let me know what is your decision on this matter. This is a pure case of negligence and cheating from the property towards the customer

I had ti find another place in the middle of might at 2AM for the stay as these people didnt respond to my calls and I couldn’t enter into the property

"Very clean, excellent location, the property owner was very friendly and helpful. Also the internet connection was great"

Everything about this property was up to the expectation, also the owner was very helpful, great communication and there wasn’t a single problem where he didn’t have a Solution.

There was nothing I disliked except the fact there was hardly any towels however the owner made sure that wasn’t a problem.
