The staff were excellent from the cleaners to reception and the food kiosk

Noise from the construction drove me insane. It was impossible to relaxed during the daylight hours. I was urged to check out by my friends who live locally but as I paid in full I felt trapped .

Great location for Soi Buakhao, LK Metro, Soi Boomerang, Tree Town etc . Food in the restaurant was cheap and tasty . Other guests are friendly. Good value for money if you are too fussy . Cleaning staff are friendly.

Rooms in need of decoration , windows were dirty . Restaurant and reception staff are a bit miserable. Pool doesn't get sun till about noon. Some of the lighting in the room didn't work.
