Hotel El Ganzo - Adults Only

We've stayed at Ganzo a number of times throughout the years. We love having both the lovely pool area with the view as well as the beach club, which has plenty of daybeds and is so relaxing. LOVE their pina colatas and that they have so many music events and Crania next door to the beach club is great if you like house music

Unfortunately the service and food wasn't as good as previous visits, particularly at breakfast. Painfully slow, inattentive, forgot multiple items, including my entire breakfast order. The birria chilaquiles were a soggy soup.

The hotel is located in a quiet area away from the bustle of San Jose del Cabo, so not for people who want to walk everywhere, but Ubers are extremely cheap and the setting more than compensates for the lack of restaurants and bars to choose from.

Wonderful hotel, extremely well located, with private beach club and many facilities. Nice infinite border pool with ocean view, and DJ at the rooftop at sunsets.

El hotel, las instalaciones, el design, la musica. El Ganzo es un hotel con mucho estilo donde pero puedes sentirte como en casa. La playa, justo en frente al hotel, es maravillosa y muy tranquila.

The pool was nice and our room was comfortable

The included breakfast was not very good. The staff at the pool area were not very polite. I wanted to visit the shop, and it was closed for 3+ hours over lunch time, when I came back at 5:10 (for the fourth time that day, having already tried at 12:00, 13:30, and 14:30), I was told it had closed for the day.
