San Martino House al Duomo

The property is everything you could wish for in a holiday home. It’s centrally located, very clean & well provided with amenities including toiletries which was a pleasant surprise. There was even water and juice in the fridge, snacks on the dining table and more than enough coffee capsules for the coffee machine. The owner was really generous. He accommodated all our requests including late check in which we appreciated very much.

The only negative thing I would say is the noise in the bar below it. It’s very noisy at night and I was not able to get a good night sleep. Perhaps some soundproofing of the bedroom might be something that can be considered in the future.

Fantastic, spacious apartment in the heart of all the action. Vincenzo was a great host, very proactive and accommodating, providing all information upfront for a comfortable stay, offering extra assistance which was greatly appreciated. From the balconies you will be a part of the lively atmosphere happening all around, it is a sensory experience! Easy access to all main sites and transportation options.

There is street night noise well into the night so you may want to consider earplugs to assist. I will happily stay again.

Hele aardige host en flexibel. De locatie is ook perfect want alles is dichtbij.

Er was erg veel geluidsoverlast van de barren in de straat. De ramen en luiken sluiten niet voldoende af om het geluid te dempen dus dit hadden wij graag van tevoren geweten.

Nice, cosy apartment in the heart of Catania. We had a great time there.

L’appartement est situé en plein cœur de la ville, on y sent vraiment battre son pouls. Nous n’avons jamais eu l’impression de séjourner dans un hôtel, mais plutôt comme chez nous. Malgré notre arrivée tardive, Vincenzo a été extrêmement accueillant. Nous espérons de tout cœur que l’appartement sera disponible pour notre prochain voyage à Catane.

Posizione centralissima. Punto strategico per vistare Catania. Appartamento accogliente e funzionale! Siamo stati molto bene!
