Staff were extremely helpful, kind and responsive. Response was very fast whenever we texted about things we need such as toilet paper and the buggy to bring us up and down the sloppy path to the main road when we're heading out. Room service order of food was very prompt and they ensured to check on allergies and specially checked if certain bean would cause allergy too in one of the orders before preparing it.

We love everything, except for the private pool that had lots of fallen leaves. And maybe put one dustbin in the outdoor minibar area apart from the toilet.

Whole experience was amazing staff are so kind and helpful with everything will stay again ! the views are also stunning

I spent seven unforgettable nights at Teba Suci Suite in Ubud, welcoming the New Year in the most serene and soul-nourishing way imaginable. Nestled deep within lush jungle greenery, my private pool villa felt like a hidden sanctuary , indulgent, tranquil and beautifully in harmony with nature. Each morning began with a delicious, thoughtfully prepared breakfast, enjoyed to the sounds of the jungle. The atmosphere was profoundly peaceful and zen, offering a rare sense of stillness and presence. Time seemed to slow here, allowing space to truly rest, reflect, and renew. The level of hospitality was nothing short of five-star excellence. Wulan and Krisna, along with the entire team, embodied warmth, grace, and genuine care. Every message was answered instantly via WhatsApp, every request met effortlessly and every interaction carried sincerity and kindness. I felt deeply pampered, supported, and valued throughout my stay. Welcoming the New Year in such a sacred, lush setting made the experience even more special. It felt like entering a new chapter with clarity, calm and gratitude. Teba Suci Suite is not just a place to stay, it is an experience that lingers long after you leave.
