Wonderful and friendly staff. Room is same as the picture. So close to the airport, 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes by walk. New and clean. Basic breakfast. Reply fast by Email. It’s a really really great and valuable hotel.

I stayed one night in K.C. Hotel in order to position myself for an early morning international flight so that I would not have to deal with Yangon's morning rush hour traffic. For twenty-five bucks, I was really only expecting logistical convenience rather than comfort, but was very pleasantly surprised by this property. The lobby was immaculate and the check-in staff could not have been friendlier and more accomodating. I was provided a perfectly fine room that was quiet, air-conditioned, clean and with more than expected amenities like a very comfortable bed, TV, safe, refrigerator, kettle and plenty of nice bathroom supplies. Breakfast was pretty basic, but better than nothing and they even helped line up a taxi to the airport for $3. If proximity to Yangon airport is what you need, this is the perfect solution. You'll be very pleasantly surprised as I certainly was. Highly recommended.

This hotel is absolutely perfect for Yangon Airport, ten minute walk from airport. During our stay we had a problem regarding our flight baggage the hotel phoned the airline on our behalf and sorted it out for us and also took us back to the airport for our next flight. The bedroom was not that large but fine for an overnight stay. Would definately recommend and would stay here again on a future trip.

I stayed for one night in a single room. When I entered the room, it was full of cigarette smoking smell, I informed the staff to change the room immediately but there was no empty room, so I had to bear with the smell for the night. Although the staff offered fragrant spray to cover the terrible smell, I declined because it would just add another layer of artificial smell, it's not going to improve anything. I would not come back if there is no non-smoking room. It's sad to see the hotel condition deteriorated over just 3 months after I my first visit this new hotel in August, 2019.

Proche de l'aéroport, 10 mn en voiture. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Petit déjeuner conséquent.

I don't know what to say but everything is wonderful excellent service

The room was too small and the bath room also small and smell bad. That time I was there Wi-Fi was not working well.
