"Zigana" tra feste Siciliane - nel centro storico della città!

Zentrale Lage, in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Der Ballaro Markt und Quattro Canti sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist groß und für 6 Personen gut geeignet. In der Nähe viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es gab eine Waschmaschine und die Bäder waren sehr gut beleuchtet, was ja sehr oft nicht der Fall ist. Auch die Betten waren sehr bequem und die AC hat gut funktioniert.

Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr war eher dürftig und bunt zusammengewürfelt. Es gab z.B. keine Weingläser. Die Größe der Duschkabine ist nur für sehr schlanke Menschen geeignet. Mit einem BMI über 18 wird der Einstieg in die Dusche ( 30 cm breit) schwierig. :-) Es ist zwar ein Balkon vorhanden, er ist allerdings extrem schmal, es gibt keine Sitzmöglichkeit und die Aussicht geht in einen unansehnlichen Hinterhof.

The cleanliness and the central location of the property.

The 2 shower rooms were too small for any of us to scrub your legs when having your shower- also, could have done with another set of keys. The water pump and the water tank parked up on day 2 after making unusual noise throughout the night before- we were left with no water for the best part of almost a day and there was no apology from the host neither did she offer to buy bottled water for us, we had to buy our own water to use. Also, the float in cistern high up in one of the bathrooms malfunctioned on day 1 and water overflowed on the floor so we had to stop using the toilet and had 5 adults using 1 toilet. This was reported but the plumber who turned up said everything was fine because there was no water coming out of the cistern but the problem re- surfaced day 3 and this time we were told the plumber was out of Palermo so the cistern wasn’t fixed and we couldn’t use that toilet until we left- so be aware of this potential issue. Lastly- a lady turned up on our last day and said we had broken 6 glasses when no inventory was taken on arrival and no glass been broken and wanted to charge us £75 for the glasses and a toilet brush holder which we had broken and was told that 25 euros was the cost for it, so we were being asked to pay 50 euros for the glasses but in the end we paid her 50 euros.

NO SMARTS Tv's and the size of the tv's extremely smalls . No netflix or you tube available during the days we stayed .

Spacious, clean, very good location. Cleaning products, coffee, milks, well-provided for. Host reached out with useful information. Apartment beautifully decorated.

Toilet in main bathroom filled incredibly slowly and could not flushed . Only one dish towel. More juices for breakfast would have been good.

Very welcoming arrival and very nice apartment indeed. Spacious, well kept, two bathrooms and all the basic comforts that may be needed for a family holiday house. All in all a very good accomodation, happy to be there
