1.Provided with double bed room while my booking was for triple bed room.Even after requesting for extra the staff denied. 2.The hotel staff is asking for extra money even for the check out time is more by 10-15 minutes and the staff at main counter was not behaving properly. 3.Improper Staff Behaviour. 4.No power backup. 5.Bad Location.

Worst staff ...they demanded more money than its it showed in OYO app , they argued worse manner , not giving any respect , even they not able to listen what we are trying to say , they said convincing us must be have to book directly at reception only not from Oyo app .if we book through app they said they do not allow that booking into the hotel , we are not understanding why they are saying in such a way , it's really ridiculous and not good manner that , we suffered a lot with family by selecting this hotel in Oyo app ....plz be aware before going to this hotel .thanks 🙏🙏

We booked a 3 sharing AC room but on reaching the location at 1200 RS for a day stay but we stayed only for 5 hrs . After reaching the hotel, manager gave a 2 sharing room - AC not working, toilet seat is broken and all the time the manager was speaking very rude saying that you won't get AC 3 SHARING for this price. The thing i don't understand is , why they updated that price in website. Worst experience i ever had with hotel bookings. Wanted to give worst of worst rating for this hotel.

Property didn't honor the price. Booked A.C but they are asking more than double of the price I paid on booking.com. Even for double price the facility is very bad smelly.
