Beautiful remodeled condominiun with an impecable view to the beach and city avenues walk distance to the beach

We didn’t make it to the beach because of the rainy weather, but the location to everything was amazing. The property was very clean.

The one I didn’t like, was the keys and parking pass were hidden in a drawer and couldn’t find them to open the front gate.

They forgot to tell us about gate etc but the security guard was very helpful. The host had difficulty initially running my credit card and then it worked but he didn't communicate with me so I wasted time trying to fix it, when it was already fixed.

Is not beachfront and no beach access from property. You have to walk and pass 2 hotels Property was also not ready for checking. Had to wait 1 hr for property to be cleaned.

Spacious and comfortable studio with black-out shades/curtains and a great bathroom with consistent hot water/pressure. Good location close to the beach, but you need to walk a couple of blocks past the private hotel entrances, since it isn't beachfront (not a huge deal, just know this ahead). There were a lot of chain restaurants around but also a few independent Mexican and Puerto Rican places. So close to the airport (but the planes weren't disturbing with the blackout shades). Great AC and living space. The pool was nice but too cool for swimming.

The check in process was terrible- the confirmation I'd received from Booking.com did not list our apartment number, only the floor, and had an incorrect 4-digit PIN (which you need to enter the apartment). Thankfully, the very kind security guard let us use his phone to call the renter and he provided us with the apartment letter and correct code, but we would have been stranded otherwise. There was no communication ahead of check in with the tenant to provide this information. Also, no communication ahead of the parking pass needed (I found it hunting through drawers, as well as the key/key fob you'll need to reenter the main building and pool area). There were also a lot of tiny ants on the counter and kitchen walls, despite the rest of the apartment seeming clean, so this could be an inconvenience to cooking or having food around (we didn't leave it out- the ants were there already). It worked for one night but we wouldn't book again.
