Location, layout and the fact it was in a pretty quiet area too.

Grass needs cutting and listed to owner/agent some attention needs doing.

The house is in a very safe and quiet location next to similar buildings. And the two floors inside were perfect for a family outing. We were two girls has our our own room.parking just next to the door .we required check out one hour later is fine.

House clean still needs to be improved, there were white hairs on the sheets , bed linen was not very clean. The shower head sticks out and only half of it sprinkles. Got a bit too many requests after payment, double IDs check ,deposits and even small rubbish to clear up yourself when you leave. We threw out all the rubbish bags ourselves.

"Comfortable place to stay local to work"

Great location

Charged extra for pet accompanying me when the floors where tacky and upstairs bins not emptied from previous tenant. Property needs decorating lots of removed things from walls so lots of filler. Fridge freezer rusty. Not sure why netflix is advertised

The host was brilliant she was very helpful and approachable. The premises were excellent value for money considering it's proximity to the town centre

Excellent location, it was close to local amenities and not too far from the town centre and train station. Local buses were easily accessible.

"Not up to standard, below expectations"

Location was good, only a 10-15 minute drive from my office.

Unfortunately our experience at the house was not up to expectations and we have decided not to stay for the extra day(reasons listed below): - wasted hours getting into the house due to being given the wrong code which effected our important business meeting - ⁠mould on the shower top - ⁠oven was left dirty with leftover food at the bottom - ⁠garden door was locked with no key and wouldn’t open
