First and foremost, staff customer service is very poor. They need a customer service training to be more welcoming and not to be grumpy in the the business, the apartment don't have a security maning the gate., you have to call a number if you want to go out or come in, when you call them it pears as if you are bothering them so , they come with a lot of contempt. The owner comes to see who is checking in and literally looks and turnes away, shocking

The aprtment is good, it has a nice sofa set, but not sofa bed as in the site . The kitchen has no facilitis stocked to low standard, 2 melamine or plastics plates and 2 cups. While we booked a family of three, we had to wait for each others utensils because they aren't enough. Everywhere was dusty, I think they can do better The bedroom door was broken and we called immediately for a fix, we were stopping it with our suit cases. We were promised it will be fixed the following day to no avail. The slippers given to us to use harts so badly, they are the poorest or cheapest slippers I have seen. Bed mattresses are hard and very uncomfortable,covered by plastic /polythene paper like a hospital surgical bed. More importantly, the host should treat the apartment as a business and not a home, and informer to attract more people, customer satisfaction is key, not assume if you don't come back, people will come anyway.

I booked this air bnb for my sons.. They like the place,it's clean,and the staff are nice to them.the people are friendly and helpful to them. The apartment is lovely and comfortable. My sons are happy 😁 As a mother, I am happy to hear my sons are in a good environment not to mention the wonderful staff is a bonus. My sons would stay here again.
