Savul Inn Guest House - Faisal Town near Islamabad International Airport and Motorway

Location, facilities, and the staff were all excellent. There was Air Conditioner. It also had hot water. The electricity was 24/7. Down the stairs, there was an excellent resturant. I liked all about this place.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were asked to pay tax despite our Booking.com reservation clearly stating that tax was included. When we pointed this out, they insisted on an additional tax not mentioned anywhere in our booking details. We refused to pay this extra charge, but they then claimed our room was already booked and demanded we leave. This was confusing, as they had already accepted our booking. The staff member was rude and aggressive, even threatening to call security to remove us. We did not leave and questioned why, as we had a valid reservation. Furthermore, the room's AC, which was listed as included in our booking, was not functional when we finally got into the room. It seemed clear that they falsely claimed the room was double-booked to try and gain more money from us. I strongly advise against staying here, as the management was appalling. The next day, they tried to refund the additional amount they had taken, which I believe was a direct result of my mentioning that I would leave a review detailing our experience.
