Cheerful Air Conditioned Apartment with mezzanine and Parking - Old Town

We had a comfortable stay. The check in/check out instructions were detailed & the cost was very affordable. The free parking included was a bonus considering parking in Europe is a nightmare, however our only frustration was the street the parking garage is located on is under construction, so upon attempting to leave mid morning for a scheduled tour one of the construction workers was yelling at us & wouldn’t move his dump truck for about 15 minutes so we were stuck. Everything to do & see was within 5-10 minute walking distance. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a place to stay in Krakow.

Street where parking garage is located is under construction causing difficulty upon entering/exiting with construction workers. Only 1 single twin bed was made up when 2 were asked for, however we fortunately found the linen closet & were able to make up the second bed. Was just inconvenient to deal with upon arriving at 11pm after a 6 hour drive.

Very good location. Old town and Waveli castle within walking distance. The apartment was clean and the parking garage was easy to find and close to the accommodation.

The apartment was pretty close to the city center and parking included. It had all the facilities but... There is a lot of "buts".

The apartment had a very unpleasant smell and it was very dusty. It was not very clean when we arrived. The keys didn't work, we had to enter with two different codes every time, one for the gate, one for the apartment. We called the staff, they arrived in about 20 minutes. And they cleaned the place. One window of the apartment was broken, the wall was bashed in, the door handles barely hold on to the doors. The toaster was rusty, the beds have little head room, the supporting beam made the space in the middle even more difficult to traverse and the ceiling was dirty on the upper floor. As for the noise and smell, there is a hotel garbage disposal right in front of your window. You could smell it. You could hear the bottles being rattled almost every morning being thrown away or being picked up. I hope we were an isolated case and these things will be fixed. I don't know about the other apartments.

Fast wifi was really helpful for work calls. Spacious with air-con was a lifesaver while traveling on hot days with colleague. The interior design was really nice; the fully-functioning kitchen is much appreciated (Even if not much needed because the location is great and there are cafes and convenience stores as well as restaurants all just a stone's throw away). Most of all, we really liked how many electric outlets there are for all our gadgets.

The shower silicon sealing could be cleaner but honestly I'm nitpicking here. Good thing there was an ample amount of cleaning products so I could scrub-a-dub-dub to my heart's content.

Fantastic little studio. Comfortable for 4 (downstairs sofabed for two, upstairs for 2 but ceiling very low - probably about 120cm so if you are physically fit you will be fine). Excellent area, safe and close to the city centre, only half an hour walk to the main train/bus station. Brilliant arrangement with door codes so you can come anytime even if your flight is late.

Nothing to complain about. All great thank you.

The location is good, 15 min walk from old town, retaurants near by. The bed comfy. On the ground floor, with few steps. The owner let us stay another hour, which was very impotrant for us

Very small. The stairs to slleping galery steep. You cant stand on gallery, i hit my head few times. The coffee machine too complicated. Would be nice to have toiletries and shelf in the shower.

Great location, very close to the centre. Apartment was well equipped. Check in was very straight forward. Convenient 24 hour supermarket 1 minute walk away
