Relative close to the ferry and some main shops in town.

Way too expensive for what you get. The area is sketchy, not very pleasant to walk around at night. The host arrived 30 minutes late for the check-in time, though sincerely apologized for that.

I never have had such a friendly owners who speaks fluently English. I’ve stayed in three different places during my trip in Guadeloupe and this was the last places I’ve spent a night as it’s walkable to the ferry terminal in Point-a Pitre. It’s a bit confusing to find because there’s no signage outside. The owner given me instructions, still wasn’t sure which apartment it is because the building in the area looks similar. So, make sure to have the owners WhatsApp. It’s communal shared from kitchen to the bathroom except your own bedroom with locked. When reading some of the reviews: There is an elevator and fast wifi. The apartment has three bedrooms and only were occupied when I was there. The place is very clean and organized except the dishes. One person staying there just left the kitchenware on the sink. Furthermore, the ferry terminal is approximately 20-30 minutes walk. Downstairs is a small shop and the city center is just a short walk from here.

It doesn’t feel safe walking outside when is dark. But that just me. I’m solo traveler and can feel where safe areas are. During daylight is not a problem. No signs from the outside. There is two similar door and I accidentally entered to the wrong building. Common used area: like bathroom and toilet and if one person doesn’t clean then it’s a problem. Anyway, good for one night only.

Très bon accueil de notre hôte. Appartement très agréable et à 15 mn à pieds du port maritime et à 10 mn à pieds du centre ville.

Appartement très bien situé, très propre. Le propriétaire a été disponible, bienveillant, à l'écoute et de bon conseil. Je recommande vivement !
