"Overall a great stay."

8.0

Peaceful location.

Narrow single lane roads leading up to the location. The bathroom needs some facilities for hanging towels, dressing gowns etc. for when bathing.

"Very comfortable, relaxing place to stay and unwind, would definitely recommend."

10.0

I spent 3 relaxing days at Mineshop. The cottage/chalet was very warm and comfortable with a great view of the woodland and stream. It was well equipped with everything that I needed. The directions were easy to follow with parking opposite the property. The owners were nice and checked in with me to ensure that everything was ok. Nice large area outside for sitting, eating, drinking and listening to the birds and the water. The walk to the beach through fields and trees was lovely. I would definitely recommend a stay at Mineshop Cottages.

"A beautiful place."

The cottage/chalet was homely and extremely comfortable. The setting was beautiful in a delightful valley with fields and a river. My dogs adored it.

"Lovely view from window, lovely walk through woods to beach ,Wi-Fi was good for location,"

5.0

I loved the big windows;the double bed was comfortable

The lighting is very poor as if it’s to dim it makes you feel tired, the large windows being screwed up made me wonder how you get out if there was a fire, didn’t like the constant condensation and the dry mouth caused by the condensation, smaller bedroom very cold and damp.wasn’t happy that my daughter had to stand in dogs muck as we don’t have a dog but the other people did.not suitable for the children to play in the garden bit as on a massive slope.we had a lovely time though.ceilings really made me a bit claustrophobic as they are varnished wood and makes room look smaller.to is way to high we seriously had neck pain and could of done with larger tvs really in both rooms.to boost sales and because of it being rural a breakfast box and torches and maybe night vision things could be a selling point. Not being rude but if your a bit bigger the toilet door could really do with a bi-fold door as the door hits your knees if on the toilet.shame we had lots of rain.we could of done with a local map
