Very well located

The appartement is more or less ok with some room for improvement. What is not so nice is the building ambient condition (public floors, waste collection area, etc.). Overall I would not call it "luxury".

Lokalita je fantastická. Manažovanie ubytovania skvelo, cez mail, a ešte cena.

Dosť špinavé. Všade skrutky a silikón. Káble trčali všade, kade. Špinavé steny. Nábytok len tak vyskladaný, Nič nebolo rovnaké a synchrónne (proste, také lacné). Oplatilo by sa vytepovať gauč, lebo bol extra špinavý a fľakatý. V každej skrinke odložený nejaký zlomený/nefunkčný ovládač, set-top box, a neviem čo všetko. Už som videl aj čistejšiu kúpeľňu. Výbava kuchyne bola mizivá. Neboli 4 rovnaké poháre/hrnčeky, len 1 pohár na víno...

The location is perfect—situated between two major transport hubs. Numerous attractions are within walking distance, and if you go beyond a 15-minute walk, public transport is easily accessible (including train stations and piers, should you wish to explore the surroundings). The area is full of supermarkets and cafés, as well as many museums. There’s even an airport shuttle right at the doorstep. The apartment itself has everything you need—from trash bags and laundry detergent to a coffee machine and a microwave.

In the bedroom, the window faces a shared terrace—so if the neighbors decide to make noise at night, it’s practically right under your ear. Noise from the main street, on the other hand, isn’t an issue, as the windows block it out. But from the inner terrace—it definitely is. There are no small bedside lamps. If you want to read before going to sleep or have some tea, you’ll need to turn on the overhead light, which can disturb others. It’s important to note that this isn’t really a full two-bedroom apartment—it’s a spacious studio (with kitchen, living area, and double bed in one open space) plus a small room with a double bed and shelving. The small room has one window facing the hallway and another facing the shared terrace. Families with children should keep this in mind.

Location was good and easy to access the whole city

We liked the location and was very comfortable. Comfortable for our group of 4.

In the end we didn’t like the keyless entry door. Sadly on our last night there was an issue with the door requiring assistance from Noémi. The battery went flat and we couldn’t get access. It was very frustrating and late at night for everyone. We were worried seeing we had an early flight. Luckily someone came to rescue us. Certainly the common areas did seem a bit grungy with some interesting neighbours.

Felt like home, facilities were well equipped, so many kitchen utensils and spacious. Location is great too, very near metro (Astoria). Washing machine was helpful for our long stay. Love it! Host was kind enough to let us check in an hour early because we arrived Budapest early, and check out an hour late because our flight back was at night.

Could be cleaner. The instructions to check in can be a bit confusing but that was not that big of a deal as we could figure out after awhile.

Great location right on Deak Ferenc Ter, easy to get to from the airport and all kinds of public transport options just steps away. Nicely furnished apartment, has everything you might need. Keyless entry, everything easily set up.
