Stay on M Street Discover Luxury Living in Downtown Lincoln

Had a great stay! The team was approachable and easy to communicate with, always ready to assist. The unit was clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was exactly as pictured, with comfortable beds, a spacious layout, and a welcoming atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making our experience even more enjoyable. We were pleasantly checked on multiple times throughout our stay, which added a personal and thoughtful touch. The bed was so cozy that it made leaving difficult! We had no issues at all and would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

The property was conveniently located to downtown. Had plenty of room for my group and was very clean

We didn’t have hot water one day. There wasn’t any internet even though it said it would be accessible

They did not clean the place after the precious guests left. It was Sunday, we couldn’t find anybody in the building, nobody even helped us online, we had to sleep in dirty sheets without clean towels. Then, they promised to refund but they have not issued it. Every time when I contacted somebody through Booking messaging, there was somebody else. They didn’t even send the instruction how to get the keys and I had to wait at least 40 min in the building. It was all disaster. Following that, I requested 2 more copies of the key, they did not provided any key. 3 adults couldn’t get in the apartment when we needed, nobody would imagine this. I do not suggest anybody to stay in this place again. Never and never.

The key doesn’t activate properly so I can’t get in to the unit . I called for help and had been waiting for 3 hours but no one come to help. The customer service is so bad
